Blues Tack 8-3 Loss on Pepper
The rain did not keep Buffalo and Newark from finishing their game.

The Buffalo Blues picked up a win at Arnold Park, taking down the Newark Pepper, 8-3. Starting pitcher Gene Krapp was a big reason why. Buffalo has now won 4 straight.

In the top of the fourth, left fielder Wally Rehg hit a run-scoring double to left-center. The double, which was hit off of Earl Moseley, gave Buffalo a 1-0 lead.

"We maximized our offense today," said Buffalo skipper Hjalmar Rozema. "That makes everyone's life easier."
