The Brooklyn Tip-Tops and Buffalo Blues delighted fans at Federal League Park.

The Buffalo Blues topped the Brooklyn Tip-Tops, 5-2, in Federal League action at Federal League Park. The standout performance belonged to Buffalo pitcher and Rochester, New York, native Gene Krapp. The Blues, at 28-35, have now won 4 straight.

Buffalo third baseman George Cochran gave his club a productive at-bat in the bottom of the sixth inning. With a runner on 2nd and the Blues trailing 2-1, Cochran hit a run-scoring single.

"We'll pop the top on a cold beverage and get back to work tomorrow," Cochran said.
