Rebels Walk It Off for 38th Win of Season
Pittsburgh Rebels starter Allan Collamore pitched effectively against the Kansas City Packers at Exposition Park. The right-hander spearheaded his team's 4-3 win. With the victory, the Rebels upped their record to 38-34.

Coming to the plate with two out in the bottom of the ninth inning, Pittsburgh third baseman Gus Getz had a chance to be the hero. Facing Kansas City pitcher Mark Higbee with a runner on 3rd, Getz, who is tied for 5th in the FL in stolen bases with 25, hit a walk-off run-scoring single.

"This wasn't a good win," said Collamore. "It was a great win."
