Terrapins Show Nerve in Tight 2-1 Win
The Baltimore Terrapins topped the Brooklyn Tip-Tops, 2-1, in Federal League action at Terrapin Park. The standout performance belonged to Baltimore pitcher and The United States, native D. Condon. With the win, Baltimore raised its record to 52-43.

When he came to bat in the bottom of the 12th, Fred Graf had a chance to be the hero. Brooklyn pitcher Carl Hiatt had other ideas. But with one out, Graf hit a sacrifice fly. The Terrapins had themselves a dramatic win.

"We'll relax tonight and enjoy this win," said Graf.
