Packers Take Tight Tilt, 3-2
The Kansas City Packers topped the Buffalo Blues, 3-2, in Federal League action at Gordon and Koppel Field. The standout performance belonged to Kansas City pitcher and The United States, native Arthur Seibert. Seibert got the win, improving to 4-2. He allowed 10 hits and walked 2 over 9 innings. Seibert allowed 2 runs. Kansas City has run its win streak to 5 in a row.

In the bottom of the ninth, Walt Golvin had a chance to play the hero. And he did, socking a run-scoring single off Buffalo pitcher Harry Delano.

"Throwing strikes was the main thing," Seibert said.
