Tip-Tops Earn 7-3 Win Versus St. Louis
Brooklyn picked up a win at Washington Park, bumping off the St. Louis Terriers, 7-3. Pitcher Harris Sutton was a major reason the Tip-Tops emerged victorious. The victory puts Brooklyn at 46-73.

A crucial at-bat came with runners on 1st and 2nd and no one out in the bottom of the sixth inning. That's when third baseman Zinn Beck, who is tied for 9th in the FL in total bases with 165, hit a run-scoring double. The Tip-Tops went on to win.

Sutton called the win "a team effort."
