The Newark Pepper knocked off the Baltimore Terrapins, 9-5, at Arnold Park. John Benedict was a big reason Newark won. The catcher went 2 for 3 with a double and a walk. He scored 2 runs. Hi Toraason got the save, his 3rd in 5 chances. With the win, Newark pushed its record to 75-72.
