Big Day by Corriden Sparks 7-5 Chicago Win
The Baltimore Terrapins and Chicago Whales delighted fans at Wrigley Field.

Chicago left fielder Red Corriden had 3 ribbies while helping his team defeat the Baltimore Terrapins, 7-5. Bull Wagner notched his 6th save in 8 chances.

Flexing his muscles for Chicago was the aforementioned Corriden. The left fielder had a 3-run home run in the bottom of the third for the Whales. It put his team ahead, 4-1, and sent them on to victory.

"I'm just happy to help the team win," Corriden told the Chicago News.

The win boosted Chicago to 82-72.
