Tip-Tops, Wilson Stonewall Buffalo, 5-0

The Brooklyn Tip-Tops rolled to an easy 5-0 win over the Buffalo Blues at Federal League Park today. Leading the way to victory was starter K. Wilson, who shackled the Buffalo Blues and held them scoreless on a 3-hitter.
"This is what every pitcher wants to do when they go out there," Wilson said in his postgame press conference.
This season Wilson has a 9-8 mark in 20 starts with a 2.36 ERA. He has given up 157 hits in 163.2 innings, struck out 59 and issued 53 walks. Opposing clubs have compiled a .260 batting average against him.
