Ad Brennan of the Philadelphia Phillies humiliated the Cincinnati Reds at Baker Bowl today, spinning a complete game shutout and holding the visitors to 3 hits.

"He stayed aggressive and his ball was really moving," said Cincinnati manager John Mullen, after the game.

Brennan whiffed 3 and walked 0 in the 6-0 win.

"If I make good pitches, I'm going to get some outs," Brennan said. "I was making good pitches the entire game."

Presently Brennan has a 4-4 mark in 8 starts with a 1.53 ERA. He has given up 47 hits in 70.2 innings, struck out 34 and issued 19 walks. Opposing clubs have compiled a .187 batting average against him.
